Because we use a tracking number on our clients videos, we have found that
many people search, and call the number WITHOUT EVER CLICKING ON THE LINK!
    You are 100% correct

Also, if you tag all three of those videos with the keywords Chiquita,
banana, grocery and you channel name they will all appear around each other
    in the related videos field.

I just thought of something and would like to get your thoughts on this.
What if you upload the same video two or three times with different titles
& tags to see what gets the best results in searches? One might be related
to say a specific industry, another might be to a specific market another
might be to a specific product, like a brand name product at a retail
    store. (Ex.: Chiquita, bananas, grocery)

It’s a good idea but I find the best results focusing one video on one
specific keywords. So, for example create one video on Chiquita Bananas,
one for Bananas in general, and one for grocery. It’s essentially the same
idea you had, but instead of using the same video create a new one targeted
that specific keyword. It is more work, but much easier to rank videos that
way. Then use the keyword Chiquita in the title, Banana in title of the
other and grocery int he title of the last one.
