    Address the concerns of the complaint promptly and discuss privately ways
    to make that person happier with your product or service. There is even a
    chance if you make things right they may either deleted the review or add
    an update to the review. Bad reviews happen to just about every company
    it’s just how you deal with the, that can make your company stand out.

    Super important. We have seen it kill online businesses. Trust is a major
    factor when it comes to online so if your reviews are bad you are setting
    yourself or your company up for failure.

    It depends on the overall number of reviews and what the review says. This
    is why it is so important for companies to inform their customers that they
    appreciate feedback. Especially from the happy customers.

    Very true. It seems everybody today checks out just about anything online
    before making buying decisions. I’m sure we all do it. And looking for scam
    and review searches are common and that’s where these negative reviews pop
