How does a recent grad gain experience for a job in Real Estate Development & Aquisitions?

I am a recent grad that wants to enter into the field of Real Estate Development, Property Aquisitions, and Property Management.

My problem is that these jobs require at least 3 years experience.

What job can I get, now, that will give me the relevant experience to later apply for these positions?

Why not get experience in the real estate business?Learn to sell, seek properties which you can list with the firm. Get your feet wet. Crawl before you walk and walk before you run. Real estate development and acquisitions require a great deal of capital of your own or others, familiarity with zoning, real estate law,wet land restrictions, the reputation of builders, and the ability to negotiate. Better be well prepared and a judge of character because there are a lot of sharpies in the field.
