The only site I know of that can set up mobile alerts using picture messaging (MMS) with video, images, music, and text is http://www.cellyspace.com. You can set up alerts for each artist to promote new albums. Each mobile alert can have its own keycode (Text BAND to 33563). Place it on billboards, in magazines, and print media, etc. You can put forms on your website to sign up and “jump pages” with forms on wap pages (internet on mobile phones) after people click on banner ads on their mobile phones. It will allow for repeated communication with fans.
